Hello, I already have this machine and i'm satisfied with the results, its easy to operate and you can perform very creative ideas apart the name cutting. I have only one concern which is that every time i turn on the machine for the first time or when i cancel any given job, it takes time while initializing and then gives me an error msg saying "Prob Sensor", it is not effecting my operations but i still want to know why and what is this error. you can email me back on "mheroosh33@gmail.com"
